They will first contact you on Facebook under a friends profile, then they will proceed to text you and tell you that your name is on a list for a grant then they will ask your personal information and give you a confirmation number and will give you an option to receive the money in a check or cash then they will tell you that your money should be to you in 12 hours and to not tell any one.
