Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertises a tooth whiting system with a free sample trial. The send you a "free sample" for $7.95 . Two weeks later they charge your credit card $149.95 for a month supply. This purchase is unauthorized. My credit card notified me of a fraudulent purchase and They explained that this company is using the same technique as the porn site use. i.e if you don’t notify them that you do not want their product they will charge you automatically. I blocked the payment .My credit card fraud adviser told me to call the company and tell them that I did not want the one month supply. This is because in-spite of the block they can get around the block by laying off the order to another company that will bypass the block. I called the company and told them to not bill me any more. The call went to Manila and the operator told me that the $7.95 was not for the free samples but was a shipping fee for the $149 month supply!?I was told that if I did not send the "free sample "back I would be billed for the $149. The operators script only allowed her to repeat this message with no knowledge of this scam.

On Dec. 29 2018 at 1:50 pm I placed an order on line for TRUEWHITE WHITENING SYSTEM at 1:54 pm I sent an E mail that I wanted to cancel the order as I did not want a contract for the system. I also called 7 times.

2 times on 29th, , 3 times on 30th. , 2 times on 31. I called today and spoke to first person and did not get name and they hung up.

I then spoke to Angel gave her the information and asked for a supervisor she refused and hung up. The the same thing as happened to others return product and we will only charge you another 29.95 for your sample.

I then spoke to Al gave him the information and asked for a supervisor he refused and hung up.

I then spoke to Selena gave her the information and asked for a supervisor she refused and hung up.
