True Company

I ordered over 3 months ago. Repeated emails from me were replied to with a generic computer generated response. Their phone number is bogus, and they do not respond individual customer concerns. When I finally said i wanted a refund within 24 hours, they DID email back that my package was shipped with a tracking number. The tracking # shows that a label was created and has been sitting in the same location for 3 weeks now. Now am starting the refund process through PayPal.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found the website and purchased a $7.95 whitening kit 3 weeks ago. Today I noticed a charge of $149.95 on my account which I called my bank to dispute and they are telling me that the company included a subscription, which I did not authorize at any time, with the product I purchased which will continue each month. I am now being told I will not recieve a refund and additional charges will apply for cancelling this "subscription".
