Type of a scam Online Purchase

They offered me a free trial of a diet supplement , then automatically took money from my account …

This was not a forthcoming way to get me to purchase this product already but I was promised a full refund .

When I received the email confirmation the return amount was for only 35% of the money they took .At no time was this discussed nor agreed upon , in fact I was given the exact dollar amounts quoted that would be returned .

When I called back they told me I had agreed to a 35% refund which is simply not true . This was never discussed and just kept talking in circles about its their policy …

I had to make 5 calls to this company just to get a website address and was refused to be given an address of their office .

In the end I am a single disabled father of a two year old and now will be unable to pay all my rent or get groceries for my child and unfortunately have no way to fight against these individuals . My goal here is to help others from having the same happen to them .

Please do something to investigate this company to prevent others like myself from being victimized .
