This company contacted me via phone and left me a message about a false credit card debt that they were supposedly collecting on. They threatened to serve me papers for a lawsuit for this debt for over $5,000. I had no idea what they were talking about.They had the last four digits of my SS# and my address. They sent me a "Docu Sign" document to "settle out of court" in the next 48 hrs. but refused to send me anything in the mail. This was the first red flag. I then looked them up saw that this was a SCAM reported by several other people with almost the exact same story. They even named the same person that I spoke to Angela Richardson. I think that these people are criminals and they should have their business license (which is less than a year old) revoked so that this cannot happen to anyone else. This is just disgusting to be doing this to people in the middle of a pandemic. This business is a FRAUD.

This happened to me over the summer. Same Angela Richardson lady who is a con artist. Nobody ever came to serve me papers to “sue” me. The scary thing is that they had information from my credit report. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and FCC.

I just had this happen to me. What happened after you didn’t sign the DocuSign information? I also was sent that same thing.

Contacted via phone my mother to say she was now in a civil suit. They wanted her date of birth and last 4 of her social. Tried to contact my sister as well (same first name) and harassed her for the same information. Kept harassing and saying they have their information. Currently in the midst of filing a police report. They are out in California, we’re no where near California. I called them and they said they couldn’t tell me any details unless I had that info. Did an online search of this "litigation firm" and saw many other reviews of people being scammed by them. People like this are terrible.
