Trippy seats

I ordered dark neon seat covers 0n 6/5/20. Paid $32.91 and contacted them numerous times. They always replied with the same apologetic letter promising that they were going to send them to me within the next couple weeks when they receive the next shipment as response had overwhelmed them and they were waiting to be restocked. I NEVER received anything from them except these lame apologies every time I contacted them. Now they are closed so I can kiss that money goodbye and forget the car seats I really wanted. Because of TRIPPY SEATS I only order through Amazon, QVC, HSN because I don’t trust ordering from an unknown online merchandiser !

I ordered seat covers at the beginning of July. It is now December 18 and I still don’t have them. Trippy Seats is refusing to give me a refund, but also won’t tell me if they’ve even begun to process my order. I’ve been told my order has been “prioritized” about four times now, but they’ve been saying that for about 3.5 months and still NOTHING. Total waste of money and such a scam. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered some car seat covers back in April and I’ve complain to them before and they said they get the order to me right away and here it is December still haven’t seen sh**. 🤬Getting them to refund my money is almost impossible

Same here they scammed me out of $67 and something so yeah it’s a lot of money I wish they would get back to me with a response of some kind arm I had to email a couple months ago said they were really busy getting multiple orders out a month am I have to wait and be patient that’s the last I heard of them

I ordered two seat covers and one steering wheel cover in the tie-dye design I have been waiting since May 6 is when the order was placed & was charged to my debit card still no item ordered, I’ve emailed and they said please be patient they’re sending out many every day I will get mine still here it is November 18 and no seat covers or steering will cover so who’s to say what they did or where my money is I ask for a refund nothing emailed a couple times nothing. I had one email long ago , now still nothing

I ordered 3 steering wheel covers early June. I kept emailing them and got the usual responses as above. I even measaged them on Facebook. Here it is almost Thanksgiving and still have not received them. And now there website says they’re closed. They never refunded my 60 bucks either. Total and complete scam. I learned a hard lesson, as well, from ordering anything from a Facebook add.

I ordered 2 covers for 66 dollar on May 13th. I recieved an email late August that this was mailed. I still have nothing and no email. I want the seat covers but honestly I want my money back

I ordered two pairs of seat covers $70 in JUNE and it’s now OCTOBER they never sent them and keep emailing me saying to be patient and it’ll be put in 2 weeks but they never have. How do I report this to my bank to get it refunded?

My bank is refusing to help me because technically, in Trippy Seats’s return policy, you can’t get a refund once you place an order. I’m going to recontact my bank and hopefully something will change because they’ve completely shut down.

I ordered 2 sets of seat covers in early March. here it is the middle of Aigust and all I keep gettingos the run around and refusal to refund. Paypal is no help either.

I ordered 3 sets of seat covers on June 7th. It is August 10th and I never received anything. They probably already took the money of all of us and ran. Don’t buy anything on Facebook anymore. Its all a scam. Facebook has lost all credibility ( not that it actually ever had much). F-them!

I ordered 3 sets on June 9th, never received them. Just reported them to the credit card company. They answered my emails and asked me to be patient. Total scam.

I ordered seat covers on February 22, 2020 but never received them. I was told in one email that they are sending out "thousands per day." Therefore, they said I’d have to wait possibly 2 to 5 more weeks. They have never arrived and it’s now been four+ months! They scammed me out of $69.95 for two sets of seat covers.
