I came across a page on Instagram under the name trinityrosecollection_mnm who sold mother daughter alike shirts and outfits. In October 2015 I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter and was told 2-21 days processing timeframe. I waited and waited received nothing. I sent several email messages from the website www.trinityrosecollection.com and got back only automatic reply emails never an update on my order. i even posted comments on their page asking about my order and nevet got a reply only that my comments were deleted and i was blocked from their page. today i learned on instagram other consumers complained about the same no response no order experience. i can longet locate the website and instagram page had me blocked. I sent another email today got an auto response and sent a message to their Facebook page which I anticipate to be blocked as well.
