The web site seem great intil they send u a email saying here ur tracking number and u can track it throught ups or through there website and it said it was already ship i used the number but there was no package ever delivered. I called ups and they said they never rnumber Any thing from them but they did get a tracking number . so i called trifecta and they are not receiving phone calls at this time so u have to email them i was told from jr that there sshipmen Was late but i would receive my package before new years just keep checking the status also they are selling products that they dont even have in stock they also process ur money the same day. My package still till this day is waiting to get pick up by ups so it never was ship out at all also they said i couldnt get a refund cause uhave to do it within 24 hrs but how is that possible if i cant get in contact with them they are also emailing everyone the same standard. Message i went on rrevies and everyone story is the same and if they did receive the hooverboard it was defective so they need to return it but they are not responding. To emails now i sent three today an no response i report trifecta to my cedit card company as well there bad comments out weight the good ones
