I ordered what I thought were Sutera Pillows (3) for my kids for Christmas.
Took almost a month to arrive and when they did all 3 imitation pillows were stuffed in a plastic shipping bag.
These were not Sutera pillows but a complete knock off that didn’t even look like what I thought I was purchasing.
They also smelled like toxic chemicals. The first pic is from their on line store and then 2 pics of what actually came. Buyer beware there is nothing honest about this company – STEER CLEAR.

I have the same situation as a previous comment (Joanne); I ordered two items two months ago and only have a confirmation that the order has been placed but no shipping confirmation. Also, when I message them, I receive no reply.

I ordered something two months ago and I still haven’t received my order. Not only that, they never answer me I sent them two emails!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered something from them over 2 weeks ago now and there has been no updates on the order even after numerous times of contacting them. The only confirmation i got was when the order was placed and nothing else since then. I’ve asked for a tracking number or when the product will be shipped but no response. At this point I don’t know if they will ever be shipping my product.
