I placed an order for a grocery shopping bag after seeing an ad on Facebook for "Trending Deals." I paid by credit card and they ran the charge through instantly. They sent me an order confirmation and what was supposed to be a means of tracking my purchase, saying to expect to wait 30 days to receive the item. After 30 days and the tracking page showing no movement in my order I emailed them for help. They always politely gave me one excuse after another. I placed my order on January 7, 2020. As of today, February 23, I have still not received the item. The money is gone and the package was never received.
