Type of a scam Online Purchase

This is a "retail" company that offers clothing, sunglasses, jewelry, and tactical gear (shovels, gloves, bags, etc). At a glance, they seem legitimate, however, they hide behind a well designed website and describe themselves as a company that truly cares about its customers. THEY DO NOT! If you look at most reviews about TredFashions, you will find that most consumers spend $100+ dollars and never receive the merchandise they ordered. I did receive the tactical shovel I ordered, however, it did not work properly and was missing some of the components that were supposed to be included with my order. I did get a response from their customer service department stating they would contact the manufacturer, then get back to me. Then never did, even after I made an three additional attempts to reach them. By the way, they use an outside vendor to run all credit card transactions, so trying to dispute the charges with a credit card company is futile.
