Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Received an e-fax form Travel Center advertising "Friends and Family Prime Day Sale!!" Contacted 1-866-529-9756 to inquire about the vacation deal 4days/3nights to Aruba roundtrip airfare included for $189.98 per person. Spoke to Ryan originally to request information and receive payment to begin the process. I was advised after paying the intial fees to include taxes I would receive a information packet from the travel agent to book my trip. Ryan also stated the monies I spent would go towards the vacation. (see attachment) Further conversations with Fun Time Vacations took place, where I was asked to complete a booking form and send an additional payment for processing and all other monies would go towards the trip. Unfortunately, that did not take place and information that was sent is very misleading, and contradictory to what is disclose in the so-called contract agreement. I have communicated with both companies over the phone and via email discussing my vacation options and availability. However, have been unsuccessful with receiving accurate and truthful information as to how the funds have been applied to the account.

On Feb 23, 2016 an inquiry was made regarding the cost and the travel dates…I contacted the company Fun Times to discuss my concerns regarding the trip summary. Nonetheless, the person I spoke to over the phone was very rude and stated it was nothing further they could do regarding making changes to the initial reservation. I expressed my intent to file a complaint and report their business practices as fraud and misleading. I was then advised to contact customer service which is actually the Travel Center and was told by a representative at the company, because I stated, an attorney will be contacted and the BBB, there was nothing further they could do to assist me….the phone disconnected, as I was demanding a full refund.

Please Note:

In their contract agreement, it reads there is no affiliation with any other vacation company agreement. However, ironically both companies are located in the same building and operate under the same scam premises to fraud individuals out of money, charging ridiculous fees that are not a part of the vacation package that is advertised (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) This is an act of COLLUSION and FRAUD!!!

I have lost estimated 400-500 USD
