Type of a scam Rental
This is a request to the ScamPulse.com to corroborate this travel/property investment company as a legitimate one, as they have offered my time-share in Cancun, Mex. We were approached by this company via phone and followed by an email offer for rental to "retired " clients wishing to vacation in Cancun. Immediately, the company sent me a written proposal for the rental of my time-share and requested it to be signed and returned within the next three days as a limit. Upon investigation with my vacation plan agency and going over the monetary offer the company offered, it was concluded that the intent of fraud was evident. It was also mentioned that this company had already been spotted in previous fraudulent activities.
