I have received two emails from a so called Transunion( one word ) trying to collect $350.00 for Microsoft. I replied with I do not have any doings with Microsoft and I wanted to see a bill. I get another email stating it was going to be reported to all credit bureaus and that they would take me to court. I called Trans Union and they said they were not a collections agency and the email was not from them. I called the number listed on the email and gave them the number attached to said case. I again asked for a copy of the bill or what services did I receive.. they said they could send me a receipt for my services only after I paid the $350.00 they were demanding. I followed along to see where they we going with all of this.. so I was put through to a person who was trying to sound very intimidating and told me I needed to pay NOW!!! I asked to whom do I pay? He came back with …where is your closest store? I said why a store? He said I would have to pay in gift cards!!! I told him he was running a scam and hung up!! 10 min. later he calls me back and asks why I hung up on him? I said I was in the process of reporting him/them to the ScamPulse.com and to not call me back!!

I received an email supposedly from Transunion Collection, stating they had received a bill from Microsoft regarding a DEBT DUE ON your account for $350. Threatened with final warning, threatend to turn over to all collections agencies & to the Bureau of Fiscal Services. Also threatened court actions if I did not pay. I was scammed about 6 months to a year ago from a technical company representing themselves as Microsoft. I am still being contacted by phone from that company which was RKK technical support. I do not owe Microsoft any money, therefore I contacted them, reference # 1436698887, and was told that Microsoft does not turn people over to collection agencies even if bills are not paid and that this was definitely a scam.
