Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I spoke with the company over the course of 5 days. I was interviewed and mailed a check. When I took the check to Bank of America, i was informed it was fake. I advised them that my bank wouldn’t honor the check because it was fake. They continued to pressure me to deposit the check at an ATM. When I refused I was threatened. I really believed this was a real job. I posted the great news to my social media that I found a great new job that paid extremely generously. They have humiliated me to say the least. They used hangout to chat with me.
