Type of a scam Debt Collections

A lady Called from transworld incorporated asking for my information, so that she could collect payment. She said it was from a visit to Advanced foot and ankle institute. I called advanced foot and ankle and they have no records for me at all. She was asking for small amount of money $50. She called from a local Utah number but the number that she gave me to call back was a 800 number.
