Approached consumer to offer a bid. Vendor insist on being present while insurance agent was there. Vendor told the consumer that he must sign a waiver agreeing to being present during the this meeting. Consumer decided to go with another company and that is when the vendor became irate and said that the signature was a contract and they are obligated to render service. The vendor gave a business card to the consumer with the name Jeff Dunning on it with the ScamPulse.com logo.
