Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

My email service was out so I went online to see if I was the only one. I found a link I thought, to my service for help. They said that they would call me back in 5 minutes if I put in my phone number. Thinking they were my email service I did so.

They did call me and I proceeded to explain my email being down. He proceeded to start to tell me that it probably was not my service but my computer, which put up red flags right away. I asked him what company I was talking to and he started to tell me about totaltechcare360, I stopped him right away telling him I was not going to pay for this service and he hung up.

About three minutes later he called back and wanted to know if I was ready to pay yet, and I tolled him I was going to turn him into the BBB and to not call be ever again. He hung up on me.

May not seem like a lot but the information was very very small that led me to go offsite from my services website, which I did not think I was doing, which may not be criminal but is misleading. He was almost threatening on the phone, and quite frankly it scared me.

PLEASE INVESTIGATE THEM, I am very careful online, but they were very misleading and now they have my phone number. Was not going to contact you, but just incase I have further phone calls or problems, I want it known. Thank you.
