In August my PC screen froze and said don’t try to fix it and to call them. Before the day was over, they charged me $598.00. They fixed it but later when I called for tech support, they charged $450.00 twice the same day. I called and they said it was a technical error and refunded $450.00. But refused to refund the other $450.00. I have called my bank and disputed this charge. I am awaiting their answer to this charge.

In August my pc froze and a warning screen appeared and said call an 800 #. It was Neuromarketing. Before they finished with me, they charged $598.00. A few days ago they charged me $429.99 TWICE. They refunded one charge but not the other. These folk are scam artists big time.

One to 2 weeks after NTS It Care, Inc. scammed me and I bought McAfee Advanced Protection for 1 year I was using my computer again and my screen went white with another white pop up. I called the number & they said the reason this happened is because the McAfee I purchased from NTS was not compatible with your windows 7 on my computer so you need Total Web Aid are software is compatible. There computer protection is called Webroot Security and it cost $190.00 with tax and it will cover you for 3 years instead of 1 year. We will try and get NTS to credit you your $204.74 back, but if we can’t you’ll have to contact your credit card company. So now I bought their protection, which is what I have on my computer now. Even though this company has a different name and phone number I do wonder if it is all the same company or if it is 2 different scammers. I called my credit card company today and they canceled my card and are going to send me a new card with a new card number. I do hope I get no more of these. But I’m wise to them now, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I bought our local paper yesterday and it told about this fake support number scam. Exactly what happened both times to me. I will have to now pay for someone to come to my house and see if they have put anything on my computer that shouldn’t be on here. They make it so you can’t use your computer or at least as far as I knew. Both companies have employees who are from India. I don’t know if they are in India or the United States.

This company charged my elderly father $650.00 for "network services." A few days later they called my father again to request another $600.00. Thankfully I walked in on him talking to them and stopped it. When I asked them for a refund for the $650.00 they said they couldn’t provide any type of refund. Later to find out that they convinced him to grant them remote access to his computer.
