This company operates under the names of Total Dog, and Operation Overwatch. The owner, Brice Cavanaugh, told us he was a non-profit and had trained 17 other dogs for the children with Autism. He receives free room and board and works with Warriors Heart in Bandera, TX. He told us he would train our puppy to be a service dog for our special needs child for $5,000. He promised he would work with our dog and our child at our home once a week and told us it should only be 3-6 months of training after seeing the dog the first time. He asked for $2500 up front which we gave him via check. He asked for another payment about 1 month later because he was broke. He promised to take her and get her initial training done with him alone for 1 week. I contacted him several times and finally had to go pick up my dog after 3 weeks of him keeping her. I am convinced he also tortured our dog, to the point that our hyper, loving lab puppy who was never afraid of anything would run and hide from him. He claimed he taught her how to sit and "place", which she already knew how to do. He came to our home twice to teach me how to use a shock collar on the dog, that he suggested. The first visit he trained me how to shock her when she did something wrong like pick up a toy. The second visit he was training me to shock her when she would do the "right’ things like sit, come and "place". This seemed very wrong to me because it was completely opposite from what we were using the shock collar for the first time. And the dog was very good with "come", "sit" and "place". These 2 visits when he came to our home, our dog ran and hid from him and would not come to him. She finally came to me and he drug her across the room. She was terrified of him. He never worked with our son and the dog together at all. When I kept making appts for him to come out and do the training at our house that he promised to do once a week with the dog and child, he kept no-showing and then wouldn’t return calls or texts. At that point I became suspicious because of our lab’s behavior and him not returning any calls or texts and looked him up on *** to find many more worse horror stories. I called Warriors Heart and asked to speak to him and they left a message. He then texted me a few minutes later. I texted him back asking for our money back and told him I wanted nothing more to do with him. He texted me back immediately and began attacking me and my character, just like he has done with other people in AZ. He is also an ex-marine. He also made multiple inappropriate sexual comments in my presence. He asked me repeatedly if I had any "hot friends" that I could introduce him to. I told him no every time and would change the subject. He told me he was going through a divorce. I fear he would retaliate if I went public, so I never did. He knows where we live and I am confident he would harass us and threaten us if he found out I reported him. Please just stop him from doing this to other people.

Chad –

He steals money from clients, coworkers and business associates. He has an arrest record in Arizona for domestic violence. His exwife had to flee with their kids while he was away for fear of her safety and she went into hiding. I don’t undertake how this guy is still in business.

You have to wonder how much of his resume is a complete lie and exaggeration.
