Type of a scam Online Purchase

I’m selling a car on craigslist and was contacted by "Fabia Mornz", saying her husband is interested in the car and for my email. After contacting her husband he asks for a car report from https://titlesreports.com/, saying

"I’m interested and ready to come , see , test and make a deal for it .

I need something rather soon , but i would like to make sure you/vehicle and all is ok and legit.

For that i need a vehicle Title report ,don`t send an old one or get something you find , get me the report from https://titlesreports.com is what my loan officer asked for and needs.

I’d just feel safer about getting a vehicle with an official report because I’ve had friends and family get shafted before."

Something felt off, I offered to gladly get a car report from another reputable company but he declines. After a couple more emails insisting on another company he has stopped communication. The website looks shoddily made and there are glaring errors throughout. I must say it does have quite a bit of information in it. No transaction was ever executed, and so no solid proof it is a scam. Just be wary I guess.
