Darby Kyle hired me prior to rolling into CO after a 2014 hail storm. Offered up the red carpet…..provided a company vehicle but no gas card. Promised 40% commission on profit and gave me appr. 6500 in draws the first two months. Fired me and left town with all my accts collected and paid, owing over $9000 in commissions to me. Subsequently admitted he owed me but wouldn’t pay the "c*nt" because I filed a rip off report.
Too bad, so sad! I’ve received dozens of calls from other employees or attorneys representing former employees, or homeowners suing for substandard materials, harrassment or insurance fraud.
