Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw a facebook ad offering "BOSE SoundSport Free wireless headphones Midnight blue" for $60. There were numerous photos of the product and the website, www.topsoundsport.com has ALL Bose products listed on their site. I placed my order and their site said that "The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online. As usual,it takes 5 to 7 business days to your door.Your satisfaction is what we strive for." I emailed them for weeks since ordering and their responses were in broken English providing tracking numbers that did not exist. To my surprise, over a month after ordering, I received something in the mail. Unfortunately, it was NOT what I ordered. It is a set of wireless earbuds with NO instructions, NOT Bose and Not even close to what I paid $60 for. I attached a picture of what I received but it is cheap, sounds horrible, and isn’t even close to what was advertised and sold.
