I ordered a heavy outdoor item (metal pergola) through this website costing almost $200. Fortunately I paid via PayPal, and they have opened a claim and will refund my money should the seller not do so. The seller provided UPS tracking that delivered an item to an address other than my residence at the seller’s instruction. I verified the location to be an electric supply warehouse. I was informed by UPS that the item delivered to the electric warehouse, which should have weighed at least 150 lbs, was in fact only an item weighing 2 lbs. I am certain I was scammed and would like to prevent someone else from being scammed by this fraudulent company/website.
