This Tonelean.com company is a scam! Do not purchase from them. They will never refund your money if you want to return the product that you didn’t even intend on ordering, because they claim to give you a free bottle of some keto diet pills yet charge you $199. 3 months later and I have yet to be refunded after 3 calls to this supposed "company". I only wanted a free trial like they advertised.

I was on Facebook and I saw an ad for Keto-Ultra-Diet. So I clicked on the link and I was reading from top to bottom I didn’t see anything wrong. They are stating only pay $3.95 for shipping and handling for your first free bottle! So I was putting my information in and I never saw pricing until the end. When I got the confirmation number and I saw $199.00 for the total I was mad and in shock. This wasn’t a free trial AT ALL!! So I quickly looked at my bank account and saw the pending amount $199.00. So I quickly call up the number from the website, I was on hold for 8 minutes and I talked to a representative And told them what happened and how I wanted my money back now! Because I didn’t agree to pay $199.00. They told me that the order and shipment is in process but she would call upper management after 2 minutes she came back and told me they couldn’t refund me my money back today. But I would wait until the package showed up at my door and re mail it out with a MRA number and once they received my return package then I will get my money back. I learned my lesson to never order off any website.
