I purchased Tomxyz’s Magic Changing Mug with a picture that will uncover with hot water. I ordered it on Jan. 18 and I still haven’t received my product and it is Feb. 14. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they haven’t reached out. They don’t have a physical address on the website or a phone number to call for customers. They just leave you an email: [email protected] I read reviews online of the same thing happening to multiple people so I’m positive I was scammed out of a product they promised to deliver, at most, 2 weeks from the purchase. They took my money and never delivered the product.

Ordered a coffee mug advertised on their Facebook page and when I placed the order, it took my money immediately but never received a confirmation or shipping info. Have reached out on Facebook Messenger and email several times and no response. Tried to track my order on their website under my email that I placed the order with and it says no order has been placed under that email. Several comments on their facebook ad from people experiencing the same thing. Please SHUT THEM DOWN!
