Today is July 23, 2018 and still no refund. The purchase was made on a Green Dot debit card and the company has not been able to help in getting the refund.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Seller had website offering product lower than big box stores. Stated product would be shipped in 2 days. After 5 days, received email that peoduct was out of stock and money would b e refunded. Also stated refund could take 7-21 days. After 21 days, refund was not received, I contacted seller and was sent an automatic reply that the product was out of stock using same language as first email. I asked again for details on receiving refund. And again, I received an automatic reply that item was out of stick and I would be receiving a refund. The website is now down and there is no other way to contact this company regarding my refund.
