Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 2 remote game controllers for my nephew’s birthday. The item never came. It’s been over a month now. Company is located in New York but didn’t leave New York until 3weeks after ordered. 1 week later it ships USPS to the other side of the United States and not directly in route to me. I don’t think it was ever coming. Like it’s lost in shipment but no way to prove it. Also…the company website has since been removed. You can’t access the site at all nor complain to anyone about it. IDK but either way, It’s been over a month since I ordered. It’s best to go through your bank and report the scam and refund your money. My nephew’s birthday has long gone and still no gift. I’ll have to make a new purchase to make up for the time missed.
