Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of shoes for a christmas gift on November 28, 2019. I did not recieve the item until January, 2020. On the website it states that the company is shipping form Huston, Texas but in reality it is shipping from China. That is the first deception from this company. When I recieved the item, it was not at all the shoes I had ordered. I immediately contacted the company requesting an exchange. They refused stating that they sent the correct item. When I sent them the pictures to show that the shoes are not the same, they said they could only offer me a 30% refund. I denied it. I requested a full refund with a free shipping slip so that I can send their items back. I just wanted to make everything right and resolve the issue. I want 100% of my money back and send them their product back.They are refusing to honor my request. I began to research about the company online and I discovered that this is what this company does. They are being deceitful and taking peoples hard earn money. They do not allow reviews on their website so people do not know about this issue. The attached image is of the shoes I received. The shoes advertised on their website are completely different.
