(I have contracted someone to sell my timeshare but this turned out to be another company.)

I received a call telling me they have sold my timeshare for $19,100. They then ask me a bunch of "security" questions I then find my answers to on the faxed contract they send to me but it lacks any real specifics as to my precise unit. They then ask for $1,850 up front to run a title report, lein search, preparation of the new deed, and closing statement, which will be refunded back to me at the closing. When I called to question this, Christine Hill informed me that fee can be waived by her supervisor but I will most assuredly have to pay some taxes up front prior to the sale. Red flags are all over this exchange.
