Type of a scam Debt Collections

A customer service rep will call and tell you that they are trying to serve you with court papers. claiming that you have a debt from 2008, when you ask for documentation they give you very vague information on the debt it will never provide you with information but somehow will convince you that you owe this debt they will they’re calling from TJR HOLDINGS of HOUSTON TX the debit will come from A & D company of FL. They will not give you a real address , and the mans name is Gregg/ and Mandy & Lisa …and are very aggressive. I had no such debt, nor did it show in my credit report. But they threatened to take me to court and serve me with court papers. After the said "debt" was paid the never provided a letter of satisfaction or paid in full letter!
