Titan Towing falls under the violation of Predatory Towing. We were parked no more than an hour in a parking spot that was not otherwise marked with no parking. We contacted Titan Towing and under the violation of predatory towing law, there were no clear warning signs, they did not charge reasonable towing and storage rates, and employ "spotters" to identify cars. The person we spoke to would not tell us whom he was notified by regarding the parking and remained silent. These are all in violation of the law. They are charged us $270 for towing, and started adding on arbitrary charges in $50 increments including storage for less than 1 hour, a "steering" fee, and release fee- all falling under violation of reasonable towing and storage rates.
