Type of a scam Online Purchase

Started looking at Pandora jewelry and ran across the website tipsneats.com. Everything on the site looked legit (pictures, item descriptions, etc), but once we made the purchase and saw it on our bank account we realized the items were coming from China. Also, we got an email receipt saying it was going to be $54.44, but on our bank account the charge was for $55.74 (another red flag). Anyway, try contacting them to cancel the order and they said it was too late that’s already been shipped (also, there’s nowhere on the site there is a button to allow you to cancel your order). I just received the items and they are garbage! Horrible plastic imitation on the Pandora items (paint is already peeling off and the safety chain doesn’t even screw into the bracelet). Everywhere on their site they say the brand is Pandora and the items are 925 sterling silver, but it’s a total plastic fake. I’ve learned my lesson now and will never again purchase Pandora items from a site without checking Pandora’s authorized retailers list.
