Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Tim Ray Financial services contacted me about a low interest loan($19,[email protected]% for seven yrs.) with a loan registration fee of $365.00 to be forwarded by money gram to Monalisa Belbeau, to a destination in NYC , a so called loan registration officer. After dispatching said sum, an additional $700.00 was requested sighting bogus Tax payment of some sort.

I did not forward this additional sum since it then seemed somewhat suspicious. Iimmidiately I stopped all communication and reported it to the local Sherrif’s office.
