Hello my name is Joseph Aldana and I am unemployed and registered with the Texas Workforce Commission. I believe, the company used my public resume on TX workforce website to contact me.

On July 29, 2020, I was contacted via email with a job offer. The email stresses urgency. what followed next was a "messenger " interview. when i pressed for company headquarters address and telephone i was told i would receive that information AFTERWARDS. I was also told that i would be mailed a check and i need to cash that check immediately and purchase the equipment i am supposedly going to need to perform my job duties. i have cut and past the message here:

The check will be mailed and delivered to your home via FedEx or USPS courier service and once you receive the check you are needed to have it deposited to your bank account for immediate clearance. The funds will be credited and available in your account for cash out. You are to purchase the working materials from any of the company’s certified vendors who we have been buying from for years now and I will be right here to provide directives from the Accounting Department. Do you understand?

As soon as the check is being issued out to you, I will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track of the package once it’s in transit to know when it will get to you. Okay?
