I am In the process of opening/ building out a small concept salon. I needed evergthing from shampoo bowls,stations , styling chairs to fixtures etc. i came Across the first link that came up on google when i googled styling chairs. I clicked on “ TIGAR INC beauty supply” The website seemed very similar to the rest of the beauty supply websites i was Browsing. I had Ordered 3 styling chairs from this tigar beauty website. I got my confirmation email but not right away which i thought was weird. I called The number a week later to make sure my order went through because i was not receiving an invoice or any update on shipping time or date, again, i thought that was weird. I called again and it was always the same man answering the phone….. which was weird bbecause with a legit website like that i would Assume you have more people taking care of all these orders . I explained i hadnt Received an invoice and felt left in the dark as to when my order is going to arrive ? He explained i would Be getting a call closer to the middle of NOVEMBER from a carrier to set up a time and date for delivery. I felt In my gut somethjfn was up and fishy and i continued to ask him why was it going to take a month for something to get to me if i was In the same state. He said it was because they were running a promotion and had get somethings back into warehouse. This was around oct 27th while my initial order was the 17th of October….. come MID NOVEMBER like he said….. no call from a carrier to set up time and date. I give A call back and it goes straight to voicemail and low and behold the vmail box is Full ( I’m assuming others are calling and leaving voicemails demanding their equipment ) so i was Unable to leave a voicemail. I then Go onto the tigar beauty.com and of course now the website is GONE. I trird To email back the email that had sent me my fake “ “invoice “ and got a mailerdemon email sent make to me saying it does not exist.

Looking back it all makes sense why he kept telling me mid nov someone will call me just so they had time to collect and take off ! It is so upsetting to have to deal with these kind of people in this world !! I filed a claims report with my bank and hope to get my money back but that’s not promised !
