Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased two baseball tickets at 75.00/each. Site never asked to confirm additional charges. Got a confirmation page showing 745.50. When I called them for an immediate cancellation/explanation they kept transferring me to other employees saying its final. One manager told me that he would give me 60.00 dollars if I agree not to contest charges. Another mgr wanted to give us 120.00 if we don’t dispute charges. Our chase visa fraud Dept has agreed that they have committed fraud. They are very unprofessional and sneaky.
