Type of a scam Phishing

My in-law in Nigeria called me to verify an employment opportunity given to him from Canada, this scammer promised unrealistic salary of $109k annually for a job of mid size company. I called the number given and asked if it is business phone, he said it is personal phone and cut off the line. I called him again and he answered by saying FBI and did not want to talk to me.This scammer sent a contract form to be filled after which he will demand for processing fee.
