Only leaving this review because I read the negative review. I’ve now placed four orders from Threadfox, and the products arrived quickly and they were excellent quality. International shipping rates are very solid too compared to other websites shipping from the US (I live in Australia). Their support staff also resolved the replacement of an item that was damaged by the post within an hour of contacting them; had a new item at my door a week later.

Highly recommend.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a product from Threadfox on 6th April and haven’t received this product and they also refuse to refund me.

It is currently 11th May and i still haven’t heard from them. A lot of their customers are currently complaining about their service and product on twitter. All with the same complaints of bad products or just no delivery at all.
