Type of a scam Rental

This guy claimed to be the homeowner for a rental property. He stated he was out of state working and would accept the deposit via money gram and then send the keys. I spoke to the neighbor at the property who stated to me very different information. I asked him for I.D which he sent via email but the D.O.B is incorrect from the sl county recorders office. I also looked up the name of his "assistant" who would be handling the transaction and found her on Facebook. I have included the information he sent me. Hi ????,
