elderly couple called by person identified as Thomas attorney, said that their grandson, identified his name, was in jail for hitting a pregnant woman, and they were to send him $9,000 right away. The calling party hung up phone before conversation proceeded further.

Called number back, a person answered the phone, then hung up when he was asked about the phone call he had made.
