Type of a scam Tech Support

Calling from India (every caller has the same accent) with phone number 253 200-4328. Caller says they are calling from Windows Tech Support and we have a problem on our Windows operating system. They are calling to fix it for us. If I say I’m not interested, they come back with a hostile tone and "Then why are you using a defective windows on your computer." They have called several times, even twice in two days. I told them today I was reporting them to the police, which I did. Sometimes the caller is men and sometimes women. Hanging up on them doesn’t work, either. My daughter has also received the same call. I will request the phone company block their number but I suspect they will just piggyback on another number. Others need to be warned!
