Type of a scam Credit Cards

I get calls from this number several times a week but its a spoofed phone number. The recording says that because of your payment history you now qualify for 0% interest on all of your credit card accounts. If you press 1 to speak to a representative they ask you what credit cards you have…… I blocked their calls but somehow they are still getting through to my voice mail without the phone call actually ringing or showing an incoming call. They give you an option to press 3 now if you have already completed the process or not interested – of course that does not work. They keep calling anyway.
