Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a piece from this website and paid additional money to have it arrive by the weekend. I got an email from the company confirming my order and was told that once the item shipped I would receive another email. Three days later I still hadn’t received the email regarding shipping so I began the cancellation process as I no longer needed the item. I tried to contact the company on SEVERAL different occasions, via phone, email, instant chat online, and Facebook. I never received a response. At this point I decided to escalate the problem to PayPal, the third-party payment system I use for all of my online shopping. They began a claim and attempted to contact the company as well. Again, no response. The claim was escalated and I did ultimately receive my refund, but not until almost a month after the original purchase date. This company has absolutely NO customer service, and I believe they are scamming people religiously. Had I not paid with PayPal, I would have lost $60.
