Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order for 2 pair of shoes that they have on their site. They are very beautiful and I am saddened I won’t be receiving them. TheNewSides customer service is extremely distasteful and it is even more disturbing that they are justifying their negligence. I don’t understand why people continue to take money from hardworking people and then feel as if they can be upset when they’re the ones who are wrong. They received my order earlier last month and told me to download arrive to track the package. I was sent a tracking link that didnt work after complaining of no status update after 2 weeks. The then sent me a new link that now 4 weeks later has a in transit still showing on the order and hasn’t moved at all. The individual responding to my emails has since after the first few messages become unprofessional and nonchalant about my order. They refunded me a portion of my money and told me one item was already sent out so they couldn’t refund for the remaining balance. I requested all of my money back and they then proceeded to tell me that "I was so funny. Their site states 15 to 25 days for shipping." What’s really funny is that throughout our emails they waited until weeks later to state this information which is not truthful as the website states that it take 3-7 business days for items to ship excluding weekends and if you haven’t received the package by the 10th working day to contact them. I gave them 14 days before I tracked my package. This is a scam and not reliable. Please do not shop with this company. I am warning you, you will not receive your merchandise and they are full of surprises.
