They claim they could help me for modification because i had got behind they told me i get get my 4.75 percent to 2 percent . It sound good pull up there website looks ok to me so. I decided to go with them Samantha Adams claims she was a sr case manger email me the documents the a couple days later a underwriter contact me talk to me told me to hold see if i get pre-approved was on hold for awhile then came back said i was approved but i have to pay 915 for four months then will get award paper so they can negotiate with my loan company but i have to pay it the same day i told her o didn’t hve the money i have to wait till i gt paid so she call me back i sent a money order for 200 then i sent the other money order on nov 18 715 . So i call see if she received the money up one i sent regular mail the other oneyi sent first priority thru the post office which i track the got the money order on nov 21 then gt the other money order they cash that on a sunday of nov 200. Anyway i keep calling she don’t answer the phone then i call a toll free number finally got intouch the lady claim Samantha was sick ok then she call on a Saturday left a voice mail saying she was sick she returning everybody phone call she was going call back on a Monday. I keep calling still no answer but i leave on her voicemail what time i get off but then she leaving message saying she call etc.finally i talk to her talking about it take four months for modification i ask why they haven’t contact my mortgage company because they haven’t heard from them plus its more
