Type of a scam Online Purchase

Please don’t be fooled, now that I go back and examine everything from the site I now realized how foolish I was to not recognize how fake all the information on the site is. Now to the scam story. I have asthma and I have really wanted an air purifier so I finally made the decision to save some money and buy one. I looked on Amazon and found the one I loved but decided to check and see if there was any other site that may have it for a bit cheaper. That’s when I typed in the products name into my google search engine and the site came up with a 25% off on it. I usually look up sites to make sure they’re not scams but again I foolishly thought it was a great deal and how silly of me to not go for it. The first odd thing was that when I paid with paypal the name it went to was not theminstore but to Nguyen Khac Bao. Then after that paypal sent me the tracking information that theminstore, or to be more specific Nguyen Khac Bao sent to them and when I put the tracking number into UPS it turns out they had "delivered" my package to me. Now heres the impossible thing, I ordered my product at around 12:30am March 6th, 2020. The tracking information said it was delivered to me at 11:30am March 6th, 2020. Then the shipping/billing date was on March 2nd, 2020 and my item, that actually weighs around 15.5lbs, according to Amazon, only weighed 2.0 lbs on the UPS information. I’m down $205 and nothing to show for it. I’ve had to open a second complaint to paypal because they denied my first case stating that in the tracking information I had received my item. I don’t know how these cases work but anyone can see that the tracking number is a lie and all I want is my money back so that I can actually purchase the item.
