Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a posture support from thehoneypie.com and they withdrew the funds two days after the purchase (10/5/2019 was order 10/7/2019 funds withdrew from account). I received an email from the website for order confirmation after the purchase. When two months went by without an update or delivery I attempted to reach out for support. The confirmation email has a link to show my order status but it hasn’t changed. After trying to get support and not finding anything available I know know this is a fake website and charges people for products they don’t provide. Initially I found the link to their website on the apple facebook app while scrolling.

I noticed on their about us page of their website was an email address so I emailed that address only to get a reply stating it was a different company. I will be calling my bank to get the funds flagged as fraud.
