Type of a scam Online Purchase

I seen their ad on Instagram for an ice chest cooler that was Bluetooth capable. When I clicked on it, I was redirected to their website. I order the ice chest but was immediately suspicious because the order number was really small and the confirmation didn’t have a shipping date. I immediately called my bank. I was advise to reach out and contact them. When I looked up their contact information, all that was listed was a gmail account. I tried over the pass three days and still no response. I visited their website over the past few days, only to find out today that the website was taken down and now they are listed under a new website address.
