Type of a scam Online Purchase

This site presents itself as an e-commerce website. They advertise sneakers. I purchased a pair of sneakers from the site for $139.99 via an application called cash app which transacted the payment to a Mr. Jay Kenya. I received an email stating that my order was complete after I made the payment. The order was never sent. No tracking info was ever sent to me either. There is no way to contact anyone from the site. This website is a scam. I looked into it and found others were complaining of sending money and never receiving their orders either. It appears that this guy has several websites like this.
